Jennette Taylor is a native of Pennsylvania, born and raised in the Philadelphia area. As a 2010 transplant to Virginia, she understands how stressful it can be moving to a new region and state as varied as the Northern Virginia area.

After graduating from the School of Visual Arts with a degree in Media Arts, she went on to own and manage a floral design business in Bucks County, PA. Her background includes positions in high-end special event design for top tier designers with socially  prominent and celebrity clientele in New York. Jennette then began using these skills developed as a small business owner and in the special event field to stage properties for sale in Florida, including multi-million dollar homes in the Florida Keys.

Today, Jenette focuses on her first love in real estate: old and historic houses in Loudoun and surrounding counties. She's heard the call several old properties and have had some lovely homes from an in-town Victorian in South Orange, NJ’s Montrose Park Historic District ,a spacious condo apartment in a pre-war building in Jersey City, NJ with a view of the Empire State Building to a mid-century Ranch house in a Tampa Fl suburb, and others. Some needed more work than others, but they all required some attention and upgrading.

She is a member of the Dulles Area Association of Realtors, the Virginia Association of Realtors and the National Association Of Realtors.

She is also a member of:
The Friends of Oatlands,
The National Trust for Historic Preservation
